A new mixed-use project is under construction at 11436 West Hatteras Street in North Hollywood, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the development of an apartment building with retail space. The mixed-use project broke ground in 2018.
The project is a joint venture between FMB Development and Build 4 You.

The project will bring 28 apartments in a five-story structure. The apartments will be offered as two-bedroom units. A retail space spanning an area of 40 square feet will be developed on the ground floor. Parking for the residential and commercial tenants will be located in a podium garage.
Renderings reveal a contemporary low-rise structure with a facade designed in stucco. The facade will be wrapped with cantilevered rail balconies and stone veneer at street level.
The estimated construction timeline has not been revealed. The property site is located east of Lankershim Boulevard in North Hollywood, neighboring another similar apartment complex under construction.
