A single-family home could make way for an apartment building proposed at 203 North Oxford Avenue in Koreatown, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the development of an apartment complex replacing a 102-year-old home.

Los Angeles-based FEI Enterprises is the project developer. KSK Design Inc is responsible for the design concepts.

The proposed project calls for razing the existing structure to make way for a new seven-story apartment building featuring 30 residences. The residences will be offered as a mix of one-bedroom and two-bedroom units. A semi-subterranean parking garage with a capacity for 16 vehicles will be developed on the site.

The developer is seeking Transit Oriented Communities incentives to allow a larger structure with less onsite parking than required by zoning rules. In exchange, three of the proposed apartments will be set aside as affordable housing at the extremely low-income level.

Renderings reveal a sleek podium-style apartment complex featuring a rooftop amenity deck. The project is under review, and an estimated construction timeline has not been announced yet.

The project site is located at the intersection of Western Avenue and Beverly Boulevard.
