A new residential project has been proposed at 1335 North New Hampshire Avenue in East Hollywood, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the development of a new multifamily residential complex with no onsite parking, replacing a duplex constructed in early 20th century. A larger project is already under construction next door.
Los Angeles-based Golden State Capital Partners, Inc. is the project applicant. Local firm Aaron Brumer & Associates is responsible for the design concepts.

The project proposal calls for the construction of a new four-story building containing 31 studios and one-bedroom apartments, including four units of deed-restricted affordable housing at the extremely low-income level. The project will use Transit Oriented Communities development incentives permitting increased density and floor area beyond limits imposed by zoning, as well as the elimination of on-site parking.
Architectural plans reveal a contemporary design featuring onsite outdoor amenity areas.
The project is under review and an estimated construction timeline has not been announced yet. The property site is located near Vermont/Sunset Station.
