Construction is coming to a close for a residential project located at 1100 Temple Street in downtown Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the development of an eight-story multi-family residential complex, replacing a restaurant and auto body shop on the site.
LaTerra Development is the project developer. Urban Architecture Lab is responsible for the design concepts.
The project brings an eight-story edifice featuring 53 apartments. The residential units are offered as a mix of studios, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments. A three-level podium garage with a capacity of 64 cars is designed on the site.
Renderings reveal an exterior clad in metal panels and dark cement plaster, featuring a set of cantilevered balconies. On-site amenities include a central courtyard and a rooftop deck.
The property site is located west of the Harbor Freeway in Downtown, at the southwest corner of Temple Street and Beaudry Avenue. More information on market availability has not been released yet.
