3013 East Cochran Street is set to start opening in early 2022 in Simi Valley. The project will begin showing model housing starting January 8th, according to signage posted on the property. Lennar Homes is the developer behind the project, which will bring 164 new residences to the area, along with 6,000 square feet of commercial space.
There are three separate collections that will be a mix of townhome and single family designs. Collectively they are titled “Sycamore Grove.” The 58 townhomes are known as “Sorrell.” They feature two story, open concept designs, ranging from two to four bedrooms. Prices will start in the upper $600,000s.
The other two collections, “Cypress” and “Acacia” will be detached designs. Cypress will have 54 sites, with three to four bedrooms, and prices starting in the low $800,000s. It is the largest collection, with three floor plans within the masterplan, all featuring open-concept living and optional lofts. Acacia will have 52 sites, each with three to four bedrooms, with prices starting in the upper $700,000s. There will be three floor plans with open-concept layouts and decks. Some residences will have first-floor live-work offices.
Amenities for the site will include a swimming pool, community garden, bocce ball court, fire pits, playground and open green spaces. The site is close to Sycamore Village Retail Center, with a variety of stores and restaurants. The project has also been referred to as “The Enclave,” in some documents.
