A new residential project has been planned at 1327-1331 Burnside Avenue in Mid-Wilshire, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the development of five small lot houses on a vacant lot.
West Coast 2014 3, LLC is the property owner. S Squared Architecture is responsible for the designed concepts.

The project consists the construction of five single-family dwellings through the small lot subdivision ordinance. An existing triplex, completed in the 1940s, is to remain on the site. The houses will consist entirely of four-bedrooms. Renderings reveal a series of three-story buildings, each featuring a two-car garage at street level and a rooftop deck.

The project site is located a short walk north of Pico Boulevard. The estimated construction timeline has not been announced yet.
