A residential project has been proposed for development at 113 West Plymouth Street in Inglewood, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the development of a three-story building featuring townhomes and basement parking.
West Hollywood-based Ward Schurr and Arcadia-based Nassef A Eskander & Associates were listed as the project applicant and architect, respectively.
Construction has begun for a new multifamily residential development offering 20 townhomes. The project site was previously developed with 11 residential units in a mix of single-family residences and small multifamily buildings. In their place, plans have been approved for the construction of a three-story building featuring 20 townhome-style dwellings above a basement parking garage.
According to an environmental report published in 2018, the project will include a mix of three-bedroom units – each featuring a rooftop deck. Floor plans will range between 1,823 and 1,859 square feet in size.
The townhomes will be located just south of La Brea Avenue and Centinela Avenue. The estimated market availability has not been announced yet.

Loving the design of these. Hints of Mediterranean, Art Deco and Modern. While I see that the corrugated panels above the front doors help give the facade some rhythm, I think this was a lost opportunity to do something accentuate the entrances to the townhouses.
