A new residential project has reached completion at 3230 South Barrington Avenue in Mar Vista. The project proposal includes the development of small lot houses, replacing two single-family homes on the site. Previously, four similar houses were built across the street.

Los Angeles-based entity managed by Yaron Levy is the property owner, and Sapphire Development V, LLC is the project applicant. KTGY Architecture + Planning is responsible for the designs.

Named the Barrington 10, construction is nearly finished for a residential development featuring 10 townhome-style dwellings ranging between 1,700 and 2,200 square feet in size. The houses will rise to a height matching the scale of adjacent buildings. The three-story homes are described as featuring sharp lines, sloped roofs and angled walls, with an exterior of black stucco and white siding.

The residences are designed as a mix of three-bedroom and four-bedroom layouts, each featuring three-and-a-half bathrooms, decks or roof decks and two-car garages. The project site is located just south of the intersection of Barrington Avenue and National Boulevard. The estimated market availability has not been announced yet.
