A new residential project is almost ready for market at 3001 West Beverly Boulevard in Westlake, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the construction of a new six-story building offering spaces for residential use. The project replaced a single-story commercial building on the site.
Unique Construction & Development is the project developer. Tighe Architecture is responsible for the designs.
Metal exterior has been revealed and the wrapping is starting to come off at the site of a new multifamily residential complex. The new residential building stands six stories in height and features 46 residential units designed as a mix of studios, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom dwellings. Plans also call for parking for 36 vehicles in a podium garage.
Renderings reveal a contemporary low-rise building designed in concrete and corrugated metal panels. The finished façade retains the same exterior finishes as renderings, but opts for a lighter color scheme than originally envisioned. The building is wrapped around a courtyard amenity space at the podium level. The project site is located at the intersection of Beverly Boulevard and Reno Street in Historic Filipinotown.
