A new residential project has finished construction at reality at its project site at 735 Orange Grove Boulevard in Pasadena. The project proposal includes the construction of for-sale residences rising three stories high.
Heritage Housing Partners is the project developer. GGA+ is responsible for the designs.
Named Lincoln at Orange Grove, construction is complete for a new project that offers for-sale condos to low-income and moderate-income households. The residences are a series of three-story structures arranged around private paseos and courtyards. The project consists of 48 attached residential units and five market-rate condominiums. The homes are designed as a mix of two, three-bedroom, and four-bedroom floor plans. The houses range from 990 to 1,500 square feet in size. At the time the homes were advertised for sale in 2022, asking prices ranged from as low as $348,200 to $663,700. That equals to monthly payments between $1,990 and $3,565.
Per the project website, the project draws on the architectural language of Irving Gil, the new development integrates into its largely historic Pasadena neighborhood through a simple palette and form of white plaster devoid of unnecessary detail. Natural elements are utilized to float ornamentally around the intersecting and offset forms, while trellises and corner windows provide welcome and transparency to entrances from the neighborhood.
The project site is located at the intersection of Lincoln Avenue and Orange Grove Boulevard in northwest Pasadena.
