A new residential project is under construction at at 1309 East Victoria Street in Carson. The project proposal includes the construction of a new housing complex offering 175 for-sale residences, located toward the northeast of the Cal State University, Dominguez Hills campus.
Brandywine Homes is the project developer.

Named Carson Landing, the development will bring 175 residences will be situated in a gated community. The residences will will be composed of 95 three-story row homes and 80 three-story stacked flat units. Plans also call for a recreation center, a dog park, and a linear park. Plans approved by the City of Carson will permit a mix of two-bedroom and three-bedroom dwellings. Parking for 417 vehicles will also be provided on the site.
A project website list sales prices starting in the $700,000s. When we last reported on the project in September 2022, sales prices were advertised as starting in the $600,000s. The housing community is taking shape at the intersection of Victoria Street and Central Avenue. The project sits a short walk east from Uptown, a 37-unit townhome complex which was also built by Brandywine.
