A new residential project has been proposed for development at 4652-4658 West La Mirada Avenue in Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the construction of ten new small lot homes. The project calls for the demolition of four single-family residences on the site.
Sunset Mirada, LLC is listed as the project applicant. Design And Construction Center (DCC) is responsible for the designs.

The project site is a parcel spanning an area of 16,186 square feet. The scope of work includes the construction and maintenance of ten new small lot homes yielding a total built-up area of 19,418 square feet. The residential complex will offer 18 residential parking spaces and two guest parking spaces, along with ten bicycle parking spaces. Open space spanning an area of 1,858 square feet will be landscaped on the site.
Renderings reveal that each home is proposed to rise to a maximum height of 30 feet. The small lot homes will spread in size from 1,854 to 1,889 square feet. Proposed residences will feature modern architectural styles; façade materials include stucco, vinyl, and metal. Glass windows will be accented and recessed to provide breaks in plane. Each residence will have projected balconies on the second level.

The project also requires to remove seven trees on the site; none of which have been identified as protected trees. A project application has been submitted for review. The estimated construction timeline has not been announced yet.
