A new apartment complex is under construction at 7050 West Hawthorn Avenue in Hollywood, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the construction of a new seven-story building offering spaces for residential uses, along with onsite parking. The project replaced a building that was built in the 1940s.
Los Angeles-based Wiseman Residential is the project developer. Uriu & Associates is responsible for the designs.
Named Wiseman Residential, the project proposes to bring 60 residential units into a seven-story building. The apartment complex will also feature parking on two podium levels and one subterranean level. Upon completion, the apartment complex will also offer 12 below-market-rate units, including seven available at the very low-income level, three priced at the low-income level, and two priced at the moderate-income level.
The project site sits one block to the east of La Brea Avenue, near the Walk of Fame in Hollywood. The project is under construction, and the estimated completion timeline has not been announced yet.

Serial Ellis Acters and illegal demolishers of historic buildings, Wiseman Residential are the worst type of developer possible. Who would want them as landlords when they have shown that they think sonorities of the law or of common decency.
