Development plans proposing a new residential project have been submitted for a parcel located at 848-852 North Fuller Avenue in Fairfax, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes constructing a new four-story building offering space for residential use. The project calls for the demolition of two existing structures on the site.
Vitruvian is listed as the project developer, operating through an LLC named 848-LA. Tighe Architecture is responsible for the designs.
The project site is a parcel spanning an area of 14,683 square feet. The scope of work includes the construction of a new four-story apartment building offering 25 units. The units will be designed as a mix of one-bedroom and two-bedroom floor plans, averaging 988 square feet in size. Basement parking for 22 vehicles will also be designed within the building. Two short-term and 25 long-term bike storage spots will also be designed.
The building will rise to a height of 41 feet and yield a total built-up area measuring 37,210 square feet. An open landscaped area spanning 3,887 square feet will also be provided on the site.
Future residents will be within 5 minutes of drive from both Hollywood/Highland Station and Hollywood/Vine Station. Los Angeles International Airport is located 25 minutes via road.
A project application has been submitted, pending rounds of review and approval. The estimated construction timeline has not been announced yet.
