A couple of small lot residences are under construction at 137 North Rampart Boulevard in Westlake, Los Angeles. the project proposal includes the construction of ten single-family residences.
An entity affiliated with local real estate development firm Stradella Group is listed as the project developer.
The scope of work includes the a new small lot subdivision. The project will bring 10 single-family residences. Each residence will rise three stories high. All residences will be arranged in two rows, pivoted around a shared driveway named Glassell Street.
The project was approved by the City of Los Angeles in 2018. The project site is located just north of Beverly Boulevard in Historic Filipinotown.
