A new affordable housing project has reached completion at 2721 Wilshire Boulevard in Los Angeles. The project proposal included the construction of new affordable housing The project sits next to the historic Bryson apartments.
The project is a joint venture between the Los Angeles Housing Partnership and Richman Group. AO is responsible for the designs.
Named Bryson Legacy, the affordable housing project has now reached completion. The scope of work included the development of a new six-story building offering 64 apartments reserved for households earning between 30 and 50 percent of the area’s median income level.
The apartments are a mix of studios and one-bedroom floor plans, ranging from 313 to 638 square feet in size. Residential amenities include on-site laundry facility, case management offices, a fitness center, a rooftop deck, a common room, and parking for 20 vehicles.
The new apartment complex sits across the street from Lafayette Park in Westlake.
