A new mixed-use infill project is under construction rising at 1069 West Exposition Boulevard, Exposition Park, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the construction of a new seven-story building offering spaces for commercial and residential uses.
Mosaic Investment Partners is listed as the project developer. Sorensen Architects is responsible for the designs.
The scope of work includes the construction of a new mixed-use project rising seven stories high. Construction work can be seen in full swing for the mixed-use. Named Tessera, the mixed-use will bring 53 residential units and commercial space. The units will be designed as a mix of studios, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom floor plans.
Published renderings reveal a contemporary low-rise structure. Onsite amenities include a rooftop pool, a courtyard, a fitness center, and a dog park.
The project site is located next to Expo/Vermont Station and toward west of USC. Completion of the project is expected in Spring 2025.
