A new office project is under construction taking shape and form at 1200 North Cahuenga Boulevard in Hollywood, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the construction of a new four-story mixed-use building offering spaces for office and commercial uses.
Bardas Investment Group is the project developer. West of West is responsible for the designs, while House & Robertson is serving as executive architect and KSA as landscape architect.

The project site is under preparation for an infill office development. Named Echelon at 1200 Cahuenga, the project will bring 75,000 square feet of office space as a result of combination of the new construction and rehabilitation of existing buildings. Once construction is wrapped up, the project site will have four stories of an office building with an exterior expressed in plaster, cement, wood panels, and tile. Plans also call for a landscaped central courtyard and a series of rooftop decks. The mixed-use development would also include parking for 156 vehicles and 500 square feet of ground-floor commercial space.

The project site sits one block northwest of Santa Monica and Vine in Hollywood. Project completion is expected in late 2025.
