The project site is a vacant parcel. The scope of work includes the construction of 10 residential units. All residential units are planned as single-story dwellings arranged in a row.
The project site was previously pitched for a 17-unit apartment building. The site sold last year for $1.15 million, according to city records.
A project application was submitted to the Los Angeles Department of City Planning, pending review and approval. The estimated construction timeline has not been revealed yet. The project site is located near the intersection of Melrose Avenue and Vermont Avenue.
