A new residential project is under construction taking shape and form at 1500 South Hi Point Street in Mid-City, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the development of a new five-story apartment complex offering 58 units, onsite amenities and parking.
Trion Properties and Ketter Construction are on the project team.
At the project site, scaffolding can be seen rising for a five-story apartment complex. The scope of work includes the construction of a new apartment complex offering 58 units designed as a mix of one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom floor plans. The apartment complex will also offer a subterranean parking garage with a capacity of 105 vehicles.
Project entitlements include Transit Oriented Communities incentives, which permit a larger structure than normally allowed by zoning rules. In exchange, seven of the new apartments are to be set aside for rent as extremely low-income affordable housing.
Renderings flaunt a Mediterranean-style structural design. Onsite amenities include a gym, a central courtyard, and a pair of rooftop decks. The project site is located near the intersection of Pico Boulevard and Fairfax Avenue. The estimated market availability has not been announced yet.
