A new residential project is soon becoming a reality at 11700 Arkansas Street in Artesia. The project proposal includes the development of a new townhome community offering 59 residences rising three stories high.
City Ventures is the project developer. WHA Architects is responsible for the designs.
Named the Eginhouse, the project will offer 59 townhomes and ground-floor retail space spanning an area of 4,544 square feet. Plans call for a total of 59 townhomes, designed as a mix of three-bedroom floor plans. The townhomes will range from 1,342 to 1,899 square feet in size.
Sales prices for Eginhouse start in the high $700,000s. Renderings reveal three-story residences erected around a network of private roads, pedestrian paseos, and other landscaped spaces.
The project site is located toward north of the 91 Freeway in Artesia, to the west of Pioneer Boulevard.
