A new affordable housing project is coming to its project site at 5633 North Farmdale Avenue in North Hollywood, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the development of a new five-story building offering 48 housing units as affordable options.
Alliant Capital is listed as the project applicant. Aero Collective is responsible for the designs.
Plans call for the construction of a new five-story building featuring 48 apartments. The units will be developed as a mix of studios and one-bedroom floor plans. No on-site parking has been proposed at this time.
In addition to the streamlining provisions of Executive Directive 1, the project would also use density bonus incentives to achieve greater scale than allowed by zoning rules. The apartments are to be reserved for low- and moderate-income households.
The estimated construction timeline has not been revealed yet. The project is located a few blocks from North Hollywood Station.
