The six-story will bring 115,680 square feet of office space developed above 7,810 square feet of ground-floor commercial space. Additionally, a four-level, 250-car subterranean parking garage will also be developed. The building will rise to a height of 105 feet.
With the release of a draft environmental impact report, the project discusses to bring additional spaces for a hotel and residential units. Alternatives considered for the project include a reduced density office building, a 140-room hotel, or a 98-unit multifamily residential building.
