Plans filed for 4061 South Main Street in Historic South-Central describe a seven-story apartment building that would substantially increase residential density on the property. The project site is identified in the submitted plans as 4061-4067 South Main Street, where the proposed development would rise seven stories.
The building would contain 83 apartments with a mix of studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom layouts. The submitted materials identify the units as income-restricted apartments, with the proposal using affordability incentives available under city housing rules.

If approved, the project would introduce a seven-story income-restricted apartment building along this stretch of South Main Street.
