A new mixed-use residential project has reached completion, with apartments almost ready for move-in at 1800 Beverly Boulevard in Historic Filipinotown, Los Angeles. The project proposal included the construction of a new six-story building offering 200+ apartment units and retail space on the ground floor.
Cityview is the project developer. AC Martin is responsible for the designs.
Named Belle on Bev Apartments, the project is a mixed-use residential building that broke ground almost three years ago. Construction is now complete and the six-story mixed-use building offering 243 apartment units designed as a mix of studios, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom floor plans. Retail space spanning an area of 3,500 square feet is also designed on the ground floor. A 292-car garage is also designed as a part of the project.
According to a project website, rents range from $2,299 to $3,900 per month.
The project was approved with density bonus incentives to permit a larger structure than would normally be allowed by zoning rules. In exchange, 21 of studios, one, and two-bedroom apartments will be set aside for rent as very low-income affordable housing.
Onsite amenities include rooftop decks, courtyards with a swimming pool and a garden, and a club room.
