A new residential project has been proposed for development at 244 North Clark Drive in Beverly Hills, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the construction of a six-story building offering assisted living units to seniors. The project requires demolition of the existing multifamily buildings which were built in the 1930s.

250 256 Clark, LLC is listed as the project applicant. Kevin Tsai Architecture is responsible for the designs.

The project site is a parcel spanning an area of 18,500 square feet. The scope of work includes the razing the existing structures and constructing a six-story building featuring 55 units of assisted living housing. The assisted living facility will also offer 49 parking spaces in a two-level subterranean garage. The new housing will be designed as a mix of studios, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom dwellings, ranging from 634 to 1,075 square feet in size. All would be restricted to occupancy by residents aged 65 and older.

Onsite amenities  include fitness studio, a clubhouse, a theater, and a rooftop deck.

A project application has been submitted awaiting review and approval. The estimated construction timeline has not been announced yet. The assisted living facility will rise just south of Burton Way.
