A new residential project is under construction at 2300 South Red Hill Avenue in Santa Ana. The project proposal includes the construction of a housing community with five-story buildings offering 1000+ apartments.
AO is responsible for the designs.
Named Greystar’s Row at Redhill, the project will bring 1,100 apartments along with 80,000 square feet of retail space. The apartment complex will be laid out in the form of five-story buildings capped with rooftop amenity decks. The apartment units will be designed as a mix of studios, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom floor plans. Parking will be provided on the site in centrally located structures. Additionally, a large central public plaza, smaller courtyards, pedestrian pathways, and promenades will also be developed.
The community will be built in four phases over a period of 27 months.
The site is located across the street from the former Marine Air Corps Station in Tustin, portions of which have been redeveloped as an office campus.
