A new office project has been proposed for development at 5880 West Adams Boulevard in Culver City, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the construction of three-story office building. The project site is currently developed with an industrial building.
Redcar Properties is the project developer. Evan Raabe Architecture Studio (ERA Studio) is responsible for the designs.
The scope of work includes the addition of vertical facade in order to bring offices to an existing two-story mid-century industrial building on the site. The vertical addition will span an area of 27,000 square feet. The updated structure will rise three stories in height and yield a total built-up area of 49,000 square feet. Parking will be provided for 67 vehicles on the site.
Renderings reveal that two stories of concrete will be placed above the existing brick building. The facade blocks will feature recesses that create amenity decks on all upper floors.
A project application has been submitted for review and approval. Construction is estimated to occur over a 15-month period starting in the third quarter of 2024 and concluding by late 2025.
The project site is located near the intersection of La Cienega Boulevard and Washington Boulevard.
