A new residential project has been proposed for development at 10955 West Ratner Street in Sun Valley. The project proposal includes the construction of a new four-story building offering residential units and onsite parking. The project site is currently used as a surface parking lot.
Vahagn Gevorgyan of Glendale Management Group, LLC is the project developer. Artdesign Company is responsible for the designs.
The scope of work includes the construction of a four-story building offering 42 apartments. The units will be designed as two-bedroom floor plans. The project also proposes to offer five affordable units and onsite parking for 42 vehicles.
Requested entitlements include Transit Oriented Communities incentives to allow for a larger structure than otherwise permitted by zoning rules. In exchange, five affordable units will be offered at very low-income level.
A project application has been submitted, seeking review and approval. The estimated construction timeline has not been proposed yet. The project site is located near the Sun Valley Recreation Center.
