A new residential project has reached completion at 904 South New Hampshire Avenue in Koreatown, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the construction of an eight-story residential building offering homes for sale.
EGC Real Estate Group is listed as the project developer. Bittoni Architects is responsible for the designs.
Named Mosaika, the residential community brings 63 new condominiums designed in an eight-story building. The condos will feature one-bedroom and two-bedroom floor plans. 52 at-grade parking and subterranean parking spaces will be available for owners. The average size of units is 865 square feet.
Renderings reveal a modern design for the mi-rise structure. The residences feature private balconies and a large rooftop deck.
The developer utilized Transit Oriented Communities incentives, which permitted a larger structure than allowed by zoning rules due to the site’s location near transit. In exchange, seven of the homes will be set aside for purchase by below market-rate households at the extremely low-income level for a period of 55 years.
The condominiums will be available for sale starting at $499,000. The project site is located near Vermont Avenue in Koreatown.
