A new office project has been proposed for development at 656 South San Vicente Boulevard in Beverly Grove, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the development of a 15-story mid-rise tower building offering spaces for medical office use. The project will replace Big 5, a commercial store on the site.

Stockdale Capital Partners is listed as the project developer.

The scope of work includes the construction of a new 15-story tower offering 145,000 square feet of space for medical office and life science uses. The office space will be designed above a 418-car garage. The tower will rise to a heigh of 213 feet.

The tower will feature live gardens on the ground floor and upper floors. Renderings reveal a facade designed in glass and metal panels.

The project is all set to begin work in December 2024. Construction is anticipated to begin in the first half of 2025, with the building scheduled to be ready for tenants in 2027. The project site is located at the intersection of Wilshire Boulevard and San Vicente Boulevard in Beverly Grove.
