A new small-scale apartment complex is rising at 1128 37th Drive in Exposition Park, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the construction of a new apartment complex offering seven units. The project replaced an existing single-family residence on the site.
Los Angeles-based Tripalink is the project developer. Next Architecture is responsible for the designs.
Wood framing has reached completion for a small apartment complex that will offer seven apartments and a small commercial space on the ground floor. The commercial space will span an area of 200 square feet.
In exchange for Transit Oriented Communities incentives, permitting a taller building than zoning rules would otherwise allow, a portion of the new apartments must be set aside for rent as affordable housing.
