The scope of work includes the development of a new five-story building offering 84 prefabricated multifamily residential units. The units will be designed as one-bedroom floor plans. The total residential built-up area will be 51,116 square feet. Out of the total, 20 units will be offered as affordable housing options. Additionally, a small parking lot is planned at the rear of the property.

Each unit includes one bedroom window and one living room window, allowing ample light and air into the interiors. Rendering reveal an L-shaped plan for the units. Onsite common amenities include a community room, a laundry facility, and social services offices on its ground floor.
