A new high-rise residential project has been proposed for development at 3545 Wilshire Boulevard in Koreatown, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the construction of a new high-rise residential complex comprising of two apartment buildings.
Jamison Services is the project developer. Gruen Associates is responsible for the designs.
Named Opus Apartment, the high-rise complex will feature two towers rising 22 stories and 14 stories high. The residential project will bring a total of 428 apartments and 10,000 square feet of ground-floor commercial space. Additionally, an 850-car parking garage will also be developed as a part of the project.
The 22-story tower will be developed along the southern property line facing Wilshire and the 14-story tower will be developed along 6th Street to the north. The parking garage will be located along Ardmore Avenue between the two buildings.
The units will be designed as a mix of studios, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom floor plans. A project website mentions rents ranging from $3,164 to $5,400 per month.
Onsite amenities include rooftop decks, a dog park, fitness centers, a club room, co-working spaces, a game room, a private screening room, and an indoor golf range.
The project site is located across the street from Wilshire/Normandie Station.
