A new residential project is under construction taking shape and form at 2233 East Jesse Street in Boyle Heights, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the construction of a new production campus; a fully integrated film & television studio campus.
East End Studios is the project developer. Bell Design Group is the architecture firm for the project.

The $230-million studio complex broke ground in mid June. Construction work can be seen in full swing for a studio space. Named East End Studios Mission, the campus will yield a total of 245,000 square feet of built-up space, including five soundstages, offices, and other production support facilities.
The project is expected to create 1,500 temporary construction jobs and 750 permanent jobs, according to an East End Studios news release. Completion is expected in late 2025.
The studio complex is rising next to the Sixth Street Viaduct.
