A new residential project has been proposed for development at 4600 East Olympic Boulevard in East Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the development of a new affordable housing project offering around n70 units.
Magna Loyal, LLC is listed as the property owner. Metropolis Architecture is listed as the project applicant.
The scope of work includes the development of a new affordable housing apartment complex. Plans call for the construction of a five-story building featuring 69 units of low- and moderate-income housing without on-site parking.
A project application was recently reviewed by the Los Angeles County Regional Planning Commission, awaiting approval. The estimated construction timeline has not been revealed yet.
