Named The Washington Villas, the scope of work includes the development of four buildings offering a total of 36 condominiums. Out of the total, plans call for 16 low-income units. The condominiums will be designed as a mix of two-bedroom and three-bedroom floor plans ranging from 1,215 to 1,550 square feet in size.

Most of the homes will include standard two-car garages at the ground-floor, although four of the units would have just a single parking space each. A total of 68 parking spaces are planned.
