A new affordable housing project has reached completion at its project site located at 10400 South San Pedro Street in Green Meadows, South Los Angeles. The project site is owner by Southside Bethel Baptist Church. The project broke ground last year and now framing can be seen fully developed.
RMG Housing is the project developer. Brian Noteware is listed as the project architect.
The scope of work includes the development of a new five-story building offering 47 apartments. All apartments will be designed as one-bedroom floor plans. Renderings showcase a contemporary low-rise structure.
Southside Bethel Baptist Church will hold services in a 1,700-square-foot community room in the new building that will double as a sanctuary.
The estimated market availability has not been announced yet.
