A new residential project has been proposed for development at 1954 North Argyle Avenue in Hollywood, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the construction of a new five-story residential building offering 20 apartments. Once approved, the project will replace a five-unit apartment building built in the 1920s.
Jack 26 Properties, LLC is listed as the project applicant. Maly Architects is responsible for the designs.

The scope of work includes the development of a new larger five-story building featuring 20 apartments. The apartments will be designed as a mix of one-bedroom and two-bedroom floor plans. The residential community will also offer parking for 21 vehicles.
Requested entitlements include Transit Oriented Communities development incentives, thereby permitting a larger building on the site than zoning rules would otherwise allow. In exchange, two of the apartments would be set aside for rent by extremely low-income households.
A project application was submitted to the Los Angeles Department of City Planning.
