A new mixed-use project has been approved for development at 5000 North Vineland Avenue in North Hollywood, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the construction of a new seven-story residential building offering spaces for residential and commercial uses. A truck rental facility and auto repair shop on the site are slated for redevelopment. Alan Kleinman of Elevado Group is the project developer. Maly Architects is responsible for the designs.

A new apartment complex will soon be seen at 1885 West Slauson Avenue in Chesterfield Square, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the development of a five-story apartment building on an empty lot located at the northeast corner of Slauson Avenue and St. Andrews Place. Luxurious Properties, LLC is the project applicant. Maly Architects is responsible for the design concepts.

7040 Woodman Avenue is wrapping up in Panorama City. Villa Nova Developing is behind the work, according to signage posted on the property. The site will bring denser housing to the rapidly developing area. The site was previously a two-story apartment building and garage.

602 South Westlake Avenue is approaching mid height, in Westlake. Ark Construction & Development is behind the project, which will bring denser housing, and a few low income housing units to the area. The site received a 28 unit density bonus overall, for being a Tier 4, Transit Oriented Communities design.

Additional Residential Living Coming to 1300 South Westwood Boulevard

With the recent approval from the city of Los Angeles, 1300 Westwood Development LLC have been cleared for the construction of a new multi-family living space. Located at 1300 South Westwood Boulevard this new project will be surrounded by commercial businesses, retail and offices as well as being located near the Westwood Gardens Park. The site will also be within walking distance from the future Metro Purple Line Rail and Metro Rapid 720 bus line.
