A new residential project is coming to 1300 North Crescent Heights Boulevard in West Hollywood. The project proposal includes the redevelopment of a parking lot into a residential project with a gross square footage of 40,867 square feet, consisting of a five-story building and a subterranean parking lot.
Tighe Architecture is managing the design concept and construction. The Iranian-American Jewish Foundation is the project developer invested in the project.
The project site is a lot spanning across an area of 23,463 square feet. The residential complex will consist of a five-story building offering 37 units offered as a mix of one one-bedroom, twenty-five two-bedroom, and eleven three-bedroom apartments. The developer has set aside ten units as affordable units. The subterranean parking space will offer parking for approximately 86 vehicles. Roof terraces are planned at the fourth level with shade provided by solar canopies.
The facade is proposed in wooden panels, board-formed concrete, and plaster. The estimated date of project completion has not been announced yet.
The property site is situated at the intersection of Crescent Heights and Fountain Avenue, offering pedestrian entries off of both streets.
