A residential project nears completion at 4981 Centinela Avenue in Del Rey, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the development of a four-story apartment building, replacing three single-family homes.
Los Angeles-based real estate development firm Category Company is the project proposal. Bittoni Architects is responsible for the design concepts.

The proposed project will bring a four-story building offering fifteen apartment units. Onsite amenities include landscaped common open spaces, private balconies, and subterranean parking.
The new apartment complex sits directly south of a similar four-story, 25-unit apartment building which made its debut earlier this year. The project site is located near Ballona Creek, just a short walk from Milton Street Park.

Category Company and Bittoni are also working on multifamily housing projects now under construction in West Adams and Mar Vista, as well as a handful of proposed developments.
