A new large multi-family residential project has been proposed for development at 326 North Robinson Street in Westlake, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the development of a five-story apartment building, replacing a historic triplex from the 1930s.
MIDOS Development LLC is the project developer. Aaron Brumer & Associates is responsible for the design concepts.

Plans call for the construction of a five-story edifice featuring 20 one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments. An at-grade parking garage with a capacity of 19 vehicle stalls will be developed on the site.
The developer is seeking the approval of Transit Oriented Communities incentives for relief from zoning rules relative to floor area, height, density, and automobile parking, in exchange for the provision of on-site affordable housing. A total of three deed-restricted low-income units are proposed at 326 Robinson, replacing the three rent-stabilized units that are to be redeveloped.

Renderings reveal a boxy low-rise building clad in corrugated metal siding, concrete, and painted stucco. Balconies wrap the building, with additional common open space provided through a rooftop deck.
An estimated construction timeline has not been announced yet. The property site is located just south of the US-101 Freeway.
