More than one year after our last update, construction continues at the initial stages for a new office campus spanning an area of 60,000 square feet. The new construction is a part of The Standard Works Campus that spans roughly six acres. The project propsoes to add a new three-story, 60,000-square-foot building at the intersection of Franklin and Oregon. The low-rise structure will also feature 20,000 square feet of retail on its ground floor.
The next phases of the project will add 130,000 square feet of new offices, as well as a coffee kiosk, a pocket park, and parking.
