Development permits have been submitted seeking the approval of constructing a new hotel on an empty lot at 752 S. Harvard Boulevard in Koreatown, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the construction of a five-story hotel building featuring sixteen hotel rooms above a basement parking.
ASP Holdings is the property owner. Paul Sheene Corporation is managing the design concepts and construction of the commercial project.
The project site is a lot spanning across an area of 6,750 square feet. Named as The Hub, the hotel floor plans showcase apartment-style suites covering a total area of 22,032 square feet. On-site amenities such as a fitness room, a patio, and a business center are included. The hotel infrastructure consists of parking spaces for sixteen vehicles. An open space of 1,267 square feet is also included.
The architecture style is expressed as a contemporary podium-type building rising to a height of 65 feet, in trapezoidal and rhombus-shaped patterns. 366 square feet of landscaped area is also planned.
The project site is north of 8th Street, surrounded by another mixed-use building and an newly developed apartment complex.
