A new affordable housing project may see completion at 9300 West Exposition Boulevard in Palms, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the construction of a new seven-story building offering low-income housing options. If approved, the project will require demolition of an existing shuttered building on the site.
Exposition X, LLC is the project developer. Evok Studio is responsible for the designs.
The project site is up for redevelopment through the Mayor’s Executive Directive 1. Plans call for a seven-story building offering 43 residential units. The units will be designed as a mix of studios and one-bedroom apartments. Parking will be provided on the ground level. Plans call for a mix of low-income, very low-income, and moderate-income housing. The project is eligible for density bonus incentives, and limits on design standards and building size may be lifted.
Renderings showcase a low-rise structure with contemporary designs. The building features a rooftop amenity deck.
The project site is located one block north of Venice Boulevard and Downtown Culver City. Future residents will be near E Line’s Culver City and Palms Stations.

What is the tacked on X? Is that the Architecture???
REALLY !
YOU’VE GOT TO BE KIDDING. WHEN FRIENDS FROM ‘OUT OF TOWN ARRIVE’ – YOU SIMPLY GIVE THEM THE ADDRESS & TELL THEM … WE’RE EASY TO FIND.
“X” MARKS THE SPOT
No, ‘X’ is NOT architecture at all, it’s the ridiculous & tacky emblem of the developer’Exposition X’, they will hopefully come to realize that it serves NO purpose, with NO value-add, & dates this box before it’s erected.
