A new hotel project is under construction at 124 East Olympic Boulevard in Downtown Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the conversion of an existing building in to a hotel. Ennismore is the project developer. Shivom, LLC is listed as the property owner. KFA Architecture is responsible for the designs.
