A new mixed-use project has been unwrapped at its project site located at 1340 South Hill Street in Downtown Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the construction of a new seven-story building offering spaces for residential and retail uses. Suncoast Ventures is the project developer. Humphreys & Partners designed the project.

A mixed use complex has been proposed for 1340 South Hill Street, in South Park. DevelUp Inc. is behind the project, which has been stalled for the last few years. The design has the potential to elevate the community with more ground floor retail and denser housing. The site is currently a large commercial building with a parking lot.
