A new residential project is under construction at its project site 4632 Santa Monica Boulevard in East Hollywood, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the construction of a seven-story building offering spaces for residential and retail uses. The mixed-use is coming to a site that was the former site of the Union Swapmeet. Jamison Services Inc is the project developer. Withee Malcom Architects is responsible for the architectural designs. BSB Designs is also on the project team.
