A new mixed-use building is rising on its foundation at 6569 Van Nuys Boulevard in Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the development of a five-story building offering retail and residential spaces. The new mixed-use replaced a single-story retail building on the site. An entity affiliated with Braum Construction & Management is the property owner. Ketter Construction is responsible for the designs.
